Foldedsheet is a unique and sustainable publishing model, developed from an ambitious design concept and environmental integrity, to produce high-quality printed matter since 2004. In addition, commissions for Foldedsheets are growing and there are many more projects booked in.
A bit about the history of Foldedsheet
Although the first publications were developed between 2003 and 2004, our first website went live in 2005. In early 2006 the online shop was established for our growing mail-order side of this unique business. Toward the end of 2008, the original static website was overhauled with an interactive version, allowing us to present Foldedsheet in a more engaging way – this included the addition of links, more images, live updates and other features. This allows meaningful communication with our readership, and with that in mind, Foldedsheets now feature in a small number of specialist retailers and galleries. Although the Foldedsheet products have appeared in several major exhibition spaces and at high-profile events, they are primarily developed and distributed by word of mouth.
